Context & constraint
Loan applications were manual and fragmented. Eligibility errors, fee miscalculations, approval delays, and inconsistent broker payouts stemmed from missing automation and centralised data.
What we did
We delivered a portal covering broker registration, case creation, fee configuration, document generation, stage management, and an automated general product eligibility engine running on serverless rules.
