Digitising untraced-vehicle case workflows
Case closures compressed from months to weeks
An integrated e-court style workflow connecting enforcement systems, judicial process, and citizen updates — replacing paper-heavy offline reporting.
Context & constraint
Managing untraced reports for stolen vehicles was fully offline and paper-intensive, with weak digital integration between enforcement systems, the judiciary, and citizens. Average closure times stretched to several months, with limited transparency for complainants.
What we did
We designed a digital workflow platform with role-based dashboards, digital approvals and e-signatures, and real-time notifications. The solution connected existing case systems so reports could move from citizen approval to closure in a structured, auditable path.
Results
- Target closure window reduced to weeks versus multi-month baselines
- Paperless report generation for faster, more consistent process
- Timelier complainant updates and stronger process transparency
